How we quote
How do I request a proposal, and what information should I include?
Write to us at info@bluedreams.com.mx, message us on WhatsApp at +52 998 180 3700, or use the contact form on the site, including destination, dates, group size and type of trip (wedding, incentive, congress, agency series, or other). A Blue Dreams DMC coordinator follows up on your request.
What does a proposal include?
The services your group needs: transfers, transportation between venues, hotel accommodations, tours and activities, events, or other elements of a customized program, combined according to your dates and group size.
Can I book a single service without a full program?
Yes. Every service can be quoted and booked on its own, or combined into a complete program for the group.
Do you work only with travel agencies and companies?
Yes. Blue Dreams DMC operates as a Destination Management Company for travel agencies and companies bringing groups to destination; we do not handle bookings for individual travelers.
Destinations
Which destinations do you operate in, and which airports do you work with?
We operate in three destinations: Cancún, the Riviera Maya and Los Cabos. Cancún and the Riviera Maya are served from Cancún International Airport (CUN), and Los Cabos from Los Cabos International Airport (SJD).
Do you cover Playa del Carmen, Cozumel, Isla Mujeres, Tulum or Holbox?
Yes. Each of those places belongs to one of the three destinations we serve: Cancún (Zona Hotelera, Centro, Isla Mujeres, Holbox), Riviera Maya (Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen, Cozumel by ferry, Akumal, Tulum, Bacalar) and Los Cabos (San José del Cabo, Corredor, Cabo San Lucas, Todos Santos, La Paz). What coverage do you have in Los Cabos?
We operate in Los Cabos from San José del Cabo airport (SJD), with coverage across the Tourist Corridor and surrounding area. Ask about the exact coverage for your group when you request a proposal.
Can you move our group between Cancún and the Riviera Maya?
Yes. Cancún and the Riviera Maya share the same airport (CUN), and transportation between hotels, event venues and tour stops across both destinations is part of our group and event transportation service.
Transportation
What vehicles do you use, and how many passengers do they hold?
Vans for up to 8 passengers and Suburbans for up to 5, both with air conditioning and a recent model. See the fleet page for details.
Are the vehicles tracked, and do the drivers speak English?
Yes. Every vehicle is tracked by real-time GPS during the service, and our drivers are bilingual, in Spanish and English.
How do you handle large groups or arrivals on multiple flights?
Several units are combined for the same service, staggered to match each flight's schedule, all under the coordination of a single Blue Dreams DMC coordinator.
Programs
Do you organize destination weddings?
Yes, as part of our special events service: we coordinate transportation, logistics and on-site vendors for the wedding within the group's program.
Do you handle incentive programs, congresses or conventions?
Yes, through our customized programs: transportation, hotel accommodations, activities and events are combined to match the incentive, congress or convention agenda.
Do you manage hotel accommodations and yacht rental for the group?
Yes. Hotel management for the group and yacht rental are both part of our services, offered on their own or as part of a broader program.
Can we make changes to an itinerary that has already been quoted?
Changes are reviewed with your coordinator and confirmed in writing before they are applied.
