Blue Dreams DMC sources and coordinates room blocks for groups in Cancún, the Riviera Maya and Los Cabos. Instead of recommending a specific hotel, we point the agency or company toward the hotel zone that best fits the program: in the Mexican Caribbean, the Cancún Hotel Zone, Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen, Mayakoba, Puerto Aventuras, Akumal or Tulum; in Baja California Sur, San José del Cabo, the Tourist Corridor or Cabo San Lucas.

Once the zone is set, we coordinate the rooming list with the agency or company and align the group's arrivals and departures with transport, so accommodations fit the rest of the itinerary. The service applies to groups, weddings, incentives and conventions across all three destinations.
