Personal data we collect
We collect personal data when you fill out the proposal request form on this site, write to us on WhatsApp, or send us an email. The data we may collect includes: name, company or agency, email address, phone number, destination of interest, travel dates, number of people, type of group (wedding, corporate, incentive trip, congress or convention, agency series, or other), and the message or program details you share with us.
Purposes of processing
Your personal data is used to respond to your request, prepare and follow up on a service proposal for your group, and, if you engage our services, to coordinate the operation of the contracted services. We do not use your data for purposes other than those described here.
Data sharing
Blue Dreams DMC does not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties. Your data is only shared with the providers necessary to operate the service you contract, such as a hotel or a tour operator, and only to the extent needed to deliver that service.
Your rights (ARCO rights)
Under Mexican law, you have the right to access your personal data, rectify it if inaccurate, cancel it when you consider it is no longer needed for the purposes described, or object to its use for specific purposes (ARCO rights). To exercise these rights, write to us at info@bluedreams.com.mx with your name and your request.

By sharing your personal data with us through this site's form, WhatsApp, or email, you consent to the processing of your data as described in this notice.
Security measures
Blue Dreams DMC takes reasonable measures to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use, access, or processing.
Use of cookies and tracking technologies
This site does not use its own tracking cookies. The site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, an external service that may receive technical information from your browser under its own policies.
