Your incentive, convention or wedding, built as one program.

What it is

Every service combined into a single proposal.

Blue Dreams DMC builds complete programs for incentives, congresses, conventions, agency series and weddings that travel agencies and companies bring to Cancún, the Riviera Maya or Los Cabos. Instead of contracting each service separately, the program combines the group's arrival logistics, the hotel block, inter-venue transfers, tours and activities, events and the hospitality desk into a single proposal.

A Blue Dreams DMC coordinator follows the whole program, from the first request through the group's departure, and is the single point of contact for the agency or company throughout the operation.

What's included

What can be part of your program.

• Arrival and departure logistics for the group.
• Hotel block in the zone that fits the program.
• Inter-venue transfers: hotel, event venue, activities and airport.
• Tours and activities built into the itinerary.
• Special events within the program.
• Hospitality desk and chaperones throughout the stay.
• One Blue Dreams DMC coordinator for the entire program.
• Available for incentives, congresses, conventions, agency series and weddings.

A customized program can combine any of our services: private airport transfers, group and event transportation, tours and activities, team building, hospitality desk and chaperones, hotel accommodations, special events, site inspections and yacht rental.

Customized programs are available in Cancún, the Riviera Maya and Los Cabos.
