Blue Dreams DMC organizes site inspections for planners at travel agencies and companies before a program is contracted. We build an agenda of the hotel zones, event venues and activity sites the group is interested in, and sequence the visits in the order that makes the most sense for the itinerary. The visit gives the planner a first-hand comparison of options before making a decision.

During the visit, the planner travels in a private Suburban with a bilingual driver, and a Blue Dreams DMC coordinator accompanies them at every stop to answer questions about the destination. By the end of the visit, the planner has what's needed to decide on the zone and the venues for the program. The service is available in Cancún, the Riviera Maya and Los Cabos.
