Terms of use for the site and our proposals

These terms of use apply to the information published on the Blue Dreams DMC website and to the proposals we issue based on a request.

Scope of the site

This site is for informational purposes. It describes the services offered by Blue Dreams DMC as a Destination Management Company in Cancún, the Riviera Maya and Los Cabos. Nothing published on this site constitutes a binding offer, a quote, or a booking of services.

Proposals

Each service proposal is prepared in writing for a specific group, based on the information you share with us: destination, dates, number of people and type of trip. Each proposal is valid for the period stated in the document itself. Payment and cancellation conditions for each program are set out in the corresponding written proposal.

Confirmation of services

Services are considered contracted only once they are confirmed in writing between you and Blue Dreams DMC. The availability of hotels, transportation, tours and other providers is subject to confirmation from each provider at the time of the request.

Itinerary changes

Any change to the itinerary or to a confirmed program is reviewed with your Blue Dreams DMC coordinator and confirmed in writing before it takes effect.

Site content

The text, photographs, graphics and trademarks on this site belong to Blue Dreams DMC or its licensors. They may not be reproduced or used without prior written authorization.

Third-party links

This site may include links to third-party sites, such as WhatsApp. Blue Dreams DMC does not control and is not responsible for the content of those sites.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute related to this site or our services, the parties submit to the competent courts of Cancún, Quintana Roo.
